Perth County Players Membership Policy
Section A: An annual fee of $25.00 will be charged for membership in PCP. The membership fee is non-refundable.
Section B: General membership will include all individuals involved in productions during the season. Membership must also be paid to participate in any PCP ancillary activities including but not limited to any lessons or special workshops.
Section C: There will be two opportunities in a year to pay membership, in January and June. Membership lasts for one year. If anyone becomes a member outside of these months the membership will end in January or June dependent on which one is closest to one year.
Section D: As the membership fee is non-refundable, PCP Management Team reserves the right to revoke a membership if in the Management Team’s opinion the member has acted in a manner that is deemed unacceptable.
Section E: Anyone volunteering to assist only with a Front-of-House position is not required to pay a membership fee.
Section F: All children under the age of 13 must be signed in and out of all rehearsals and performances by a parent, other family member or appointed guardian, whether they are participating in the production (paid members) or not.
